Job checklists

Checklists that follow the job

Each planned maintenance job can have one checklist. You build it once (tick items, free-text entries, and section headings) and optionally mark it as required so the job cannot be signed off until the checklist is completed. Every time the job is executed, the crew complete the same checklist – in the web app or later in the mobile app.

• Builder – add sections, tick boxes and text fields; copy from another job or apply a company template; choose whether the checklist is required to sign off the job.
• Completion – complete the checklist when executing the job; save as draft or submit; optional N/A per item, supervisor sign-off, and photos per item or per completion.
• Offline – job and checklist are cached so crew can complete the checklist offline in the PWA; execution and completion sync when back online.
