Define jobs with work instructions and responsible ranks. Interval-based schedules with last completed and next due.
Planned jobs that stay on track
Jobs are versioned so history is preserved. Each job can be linked to equipment, have an inspection type, and define who can perform it (rank). Schedules drive when the job is due – by time interval or running hours.
- Job definitions – title, description, work instructions, estimated duration, responsible ranks, certificate requirements.
- Schedules – interval (e.g. weekly, monthly) or hours-based; last completed and next due; overdue visibility.
- Inspection types – company-wide types (e.g. thorough examination, functional test) with default intervals.
